- A Civil Engineer From Bengal Enginnering College/Shibpur,&there after IIT/Kharagpur(Merit Position Holder Throughout).Then Joined Indian Railways in 1970, through Indian Engineering Service(1969 UPSC Exam Batch).Retired in the year 2007,at the Rank of Additional Secy To Govt of India.Presently persuing my various hobbies and Interests & in the process,Coaching some Bright Students,with the GOAL- "Achieving Excellence in- ATTITUDE,ACADEMICS,HERITAGE".
